I'm just starting to put this site together but my hope is to have a place where I can help people learn about making healthy changes so they can feel better and become healthier and happier.

This is a picture of me in my old paint pants after getting healthy and losing 80 lbs.
The weight loss was a wonderful
side effect of getting healthy.
I lost 80lbs in 8 months!
I really never thought I'd see my
old high school weight again.
