Yes, we are working on two books....

  • One is my story with pictures and journal entries, etc. of how I turned my health around, lost 80 lbs in the process and healed my cervical cancer.

  • The other project we are working on is a cookbook for families that eat a mixed diet of raw and cooked. If you have any great ideas you want to share please email me jane@kc.rr.com. I want meal ideas that still get everyone to the same table for the same meal but where it isn't 100% raw.

A good example at our house is taco night. We make taco meat from soaked walnuts, drained and pulsed in the food processor with cumin and sea salt (yummy), then serve that with cooked beans and brown rice and possibly even corn tortillas along with guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, peppers, etc. I usually eat my tacos wrapped in a lettuce leaf without the beans and rice but the other members of my family can make them however they choose. Sometimes my husband even makes cashew sour kream and cheeze.
